What you can expect:
ADHD counselling is practical and solution-focused, helping you develop real-world strategies you can use immediately. We understand that ADHD affects everyone differently, so we'll work together to identify what works best for your specific challenges and strengths.
Many clients find that understanding their ADHD better and having personalized strategies significantly improves their daily functioning and self-confidence. We'll help you shift from seeing ADHD as a limitation to understanding it as a different way your brain works.
We also work collaboratively with psychiatrists, family doctors, and other healthcare providers when medication management is part of your ADHD treatment plan.
Sessions are available in-person at our Calgary office or online throughout Alberta, Nunavut, and Quebec. Online sessions can be particularly helpful for clients who struggle with transportation or scheduling due to ADHD symptoms.
Note: While we provide ADHD counselling and support, formal ADHD assessments are conducted through our psychological assessment services. If you're seeking an ADHD diagnosis, please inquire about our Adult ADHD Assessment options.
Having ADHD doesn't mean you're broken or lazy—it means your brain works differently. With the right understanding and strategies, you can learn to work with your ADHD and achieve your goals.
