Compassionate Counseling Therapy for Individuals and Couples
Welcome! I am a Registered Psychologist dedicated to providing compassionate counseling therapy for individuals and couples in both English and French. You can visit me in-person at Viewpoint Calgary Psychological Services or connect with me online from anywhere in Alberta and Nunavut.
My practice is focused on supporting a diverse range of adult clients, with a special emphasis on helping those who have experienced trauma or adverse life events. I am passionate about guiding individuals through challenges related to PTSD, Complex PTSD, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and stress. Together, we can work toward overcoming these hurdles and fostering your emotional well-being.
If you suspect you may have ADD or ADHD, I offer a unique focus on attentional issues. I work collaboratively with clients to assess these concerns, providing the psychotherapeutic components of an integrated and comprehensive treatment approach that aligns with the latest recommendations.
In addition to individual therapy, I am committed to helping couples strengthen their relationships. I integrate the renowned Gottman Method Couples Therapy into my practice, combining this evidence-based approach with my trauma-informed lens. This creates a therapeutic environment that fosters healing, connection, and deeper understanding between partners.
My educational background includes a Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University and a Master’s in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. As a Registered Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists (Practice Permit #8231), I am dedicated to upholding the highest standards of care and support for those seeking guidance.
If you’re ready to take the first step towards healing and personal growth, I invite you to book a consultation today. Together, we can embark on your journey toward a brighter, more fulfilling future.
