I understand that many of my clients have lived experiences which impact their mental health and well-being. That's why I provide counselling therapy and couples counselling through a trauma therapy lens to help you overcome mental health challenges such as:
ADHD
Anxiety
Trauma
Migraines
Depression
Relationship issues
Chronic Pain & Stress
I follow a trauma-informed approach called Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and bring this modality into my work with clients. I also tailor my approach to include Gottman Method couples therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness for chronic pain and stress.
Fluent in both English and French, I aim to create an inclusive and accessible environment for all. Originally from Quebec and calling Alberta home for 22 years, I draw inspiration from the mountains and cherish moments spent with my family and dogs. Beyond being a therapist, I am your dedicated, warm-hearted guide on the path to healing, offering a professional and supportive space for your growth.
My academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University and a Masters in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. As a Registered Provisional Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists (Practice Permit #3239p) and a Certified Canadian Counsellor (CCC), I prioritize maintaining the highest standards of care and support for individuals seeking guidance.
